WolfKingX Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service offered by WolfKingX through wolfkingx.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the WolfKingX platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and WolfKingX. They apply to all activities conducted through the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, bonus participation, and VIP program membership.

To open and maintain a WolfKingX account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. WolfKingX strictly prohibits gambling by minors.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are acting as an individual and not on behalf of another person, company, or entity.
• You have not been self-excluded from WolfKingX or any affiliated gaming platform.

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account at WolfKingX. Duplicate accounts will be identified during verification processes and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings, bonuses, or pending withdrawals connected to duplicate accounts may be forfeited at WolfKingX's discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. WolfKingX reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these terms.

WolfKingX will investigate and take appropriate action, but is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.

WolfKingX recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. This feature is available in your account settings.

All transactions at WolfKingX are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are accepted through the following methods:

The WolfKingX VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty program with tiers Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Wolf King. Tier status is automatically calculated based on monthly loyalty points earned through real-money wagers on eligible games.

Key VIP terms to understand:

• Monthly loyalty points reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Tier status for the new month is determined by the points earned in the preceding month.
• If your monthly points fall below your current tier's threshold, you will move down one tier for the following month — not all the way back to Bronze.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net gaming losses for the preceding calendar week and credited every Monday morning.
• Tier bonuses are credited on the first business day of the month following the qualifying month.

• Referral bonuses are credited within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.
• Referral bonuses carry no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately.
• WolfKingX reserves the right to reverse referral bonuses if the referred account is later found to be in breach of these terms.
• Automated or fraudulent referral schemes — including the use of bots, fake accounts, or purchased traffic — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

All sports bets placed at WolfKingX are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. General betting rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. WolfKingX does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply per market. These are displayed in the betting interface.
• WolfKingX reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors.
• In-play bets are subject to network latency. Bets placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded may be voided at WolfKingX's discretion.
• For live casino games, the result determined by the physical dealer and gaming system is final. Connectivity issues on the player's end do not entitle the player to a refund of affected bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WolfKingX platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in poker or table games
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities (money laundering)
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your WolfKingX account to another person
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent the platform's security systems
• Using a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location

Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided. WolfKingX cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies and will share information where required by law.

WolfKingX reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may result in suspension include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without basis
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method. Processing of the final balance may take up to 10 business days.

To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, WolfKingX's total liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their WolfKingX account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

WolfKingX is not liable for:
